This is the 2nd time recently I’ve seen eaten in Carluccio’s and both times have been a disappointment. The first time I ordered Saltimbocca and the sauce was terrible so I sent it back and got a refund. Yesterday I just ordered mushroom soup which is as ok but underwhelming. Thought you should know.

We were seated promptly, had a wonderful Brazilian server and the food was v good. Lovely experience. Grazie

The meal was great (burrata & arancini starters, ragu pappardelle & gnocchi mains and bread pudding & tiramasu desserts). Really friendly and professional service from our waitress!

Lovely experience, the atmosphere was warm and the service was friendly and attentive without being rushed. The food was flavourful and delicious, making it a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. A great spot for a treat or catch-up.

We would love if restaurants served mains hot dishes on "hot plates" please.

Good food, reasonable value, great service, even if somewhat noisy

A great event. The waiting staff (a young lady ) was super nothing was a problem for her. We had small children. Everyone was delighted with the food and especially the bill a return is certainly on the cards.

Very enjoyable meal with a group. Food good, service excellent.

Staff were lovely, but service was poor in terms of responsiveness. Left waiting ages for additional side order and then again once we’d finished our mains. I would have left, but my daughter really wanted dessert. In terms of food, I’m not a huge eater, but the lasagne was on the smaller portion side and could have been more generous. Chips were very good and the side salad was good, too.

I had booked for a table of 9, we were shown to our table but it was only set for a for 8 places 🤔 They said they would make an extra place setting 🤷‍♀️ they did put in an extra chair at the table but there was not enough room so the table had to be adjusted… in the process, a glass smashed to the floor which was quickly swept up. After that, things started to get better and the service and attention was excellent. Food was lovely. We all enjoyed our food and everything was great after a shaky start. Thank you

Lovely pleasant staff & reasonable good value prices recommend you try it

I attended the restaurant on the 3 January last and we were seated upstairs beside an open window ! As you may recall the 3 January was one of the coldest days we have had this winter to date. We asked the waitress to close the window, which she did, but I was frozen for the entire time I was in the restaurant. If there is one thing I detest and that is being cold while I am dining out. My meal was okay and it was hot, but the meal for my two friends was cold and they both said if they were at home, they would be putting it in the microwave. Overall it was a bit disappointing.

Overall we enjoyed our visit however I was a disappointed that our table wasn't ready when we got there. The food was good some of the main course were lukewarm. The area we were seated at the back was a bit dirty the walls need painting and the general area was run down. The downstairs toilet needed cleaning. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

We had a beautiful menu for Christmas. Food amazing as always.

They forgot about our main course and after asking where it was were told it would be five minutes. After twenty minutes we got hard under cooked pasta. Awful experience for a Christmas night out with family. Usually very good but not tonight.

Food was very nice but not particularly warm; the pizza was cold even. Service was good but slow. I think we were there at a very busy time. Very good value for money. Would go back but would try to avoid peak times as they seemed overwhelmed.

Always a nice welcome and comfortable surroundings but some food(s) missing from the breakfast meal and no explanation or apology as to why! That aside, everything else was good.

We have often dinned at Carluccios and have always been very pleased. However we felt this visit was not up to the previous standards. The food and service was average.
