Essen war super! Es sind die kleinen Dinge: Lautsprecher über uns fiel immer mal wieder aus bei DJ Musik, Salzstreuer ging nicht, Messer vom Kellner ist neben mir runtergefallen, Kellnerin hat von allein Trinkgeldbutton eingestellt und stilles Wasser müsste gratis sein.

Natürlich sind die Preise dort etwas höher als normal aber es lohnt sich auf voller Länge. Service, Qualität, Ambiente. Einfach Top. Der Love DJ war auch voll in Ordnung

KaDeWe had a Halloween party on 26 October before 31 October or whenever Halloween truly is. The restaurant had no thought, intellect, or care to protect their own revenue by informing their clients that the KaDeWe staff will block off entrance to the 6th floor to enter the Beef Grill Club restaurant despite KaDeWe staff allowing customers to enter the the lift elevator for the surprise of being blocked from entering the 6th floor of the restaurant. This incompetence in Germany is shocking to observe. The restaurant could not serve customers due to a Halloween party by a desperate business and the desperate elevator lift which is specific to the beef grill club restaurant was broken forcing customers to climb six flights of stairs before their meal. This was really the worst experience from any restaurant I have ever experienced and I would like to discuss a totally free meal with the owner on +44 758 590 4200 at his earliest convenience as this was amateur at best and unprofessional planning and communication at worst wasting my flight to Berlin from London and my taxi fare to KaDeWe as the U Bahn was also not in operation from uhlandstrasse blocking every attempt to enter the restautant from all directions. I look forward to next steps here. shameful shit!

Das Essen ist ohne Worte… himmlisch für Freunde dessen, was der Name verspricht! Der Service war überragend und die Weinkarte passt sehr gut zur Auswahl der Gerichte - für uns alles in allem Bestnote

Essen gut. Service toll. DJ und Musik viel zu laut und leider überhaupt nicht zum Essen passen. Wenn man sich am Tisch nicht unterhalten kann, wird es schwierig. Und zum Tanzen war die Musik offenbar auch nicht so geeignet. Haben kaum welche gemacht. Hat den DJ aber nicht wirklich gestört.
