Super Essen, Preis- und Leistungs-Verhältnis hervorragend und sehr nette Bedienung!

Visited Kanaan with great expectations because of an old recommendation - Unfortunately the surprisingly tasteless food was made and served without any kind of attention or care - and the kitchen apparently was in chaos - pita bread served ice cold was a first for me! The family at the next table left the main courses uneaten - I overheard a staff member tell another staff member it was because they were rich... No, sadly it was because the food was poorly made!

War wirklich gut, auch wenn ich in der alten Location (Schönhauser Allee) "etwas" besser gegessen habe. Auch möchte ich die Atmosphäre vorher lieber. Der neue Laden ist mir einfach etwas zu posh. Aber das ist meckern auf (verdammt) hohem Niveau. Wer die Küche des mittleren Ostens mag, wird es hier lieben.

Es war großartig. Kulinarisch und politisch! Ein wahrer Geheimtipp in Berlin.

The food, the service all perfect! The best falafel I’ve ever seen!

It's a simple and yet effective dining concept in this place. Despite the slow service, I really liked the friendly staff. I would suggest serving warm bread rather than old, cold bread... and spoons! It's hard scraping the hummus bowls clean with a fork and knife! In these times it's best avoiding using hands and (cold) bread to scoop up food from a sharing plate :)

Bedienung ist sehr schnell und freundlich.Das alles mit „geil“ oder „cool“ kommentiert wird, wirkt befremdlich.

Das Essen war sehr lecker jedoch ist die Auswahl nicht so groß.

Vorspeise mit Hauptgang , kein Tee da Wasserkocher defekt, wie kann man alternativ heisses Wasser bekommen?

Die Bedienung war wirklich sehr freundlich. Ich fand es toll, dass uns erklärt wurde, was serviert wird und wie es hergestellt wurde! Das wissen meist nur die wenigsten ServicemitarbeiterInnen!

It was a great place and the services was amazing. The staff is extremely friendly. I love it. The location is great, it is a shame they don’t have outdoor areas as they used to have in the old restaurant.
