Die Chicken Strips sind saftig, knackig und sehr schmackhaft. Die Burger sind die besten in Berlin! Und der Service war nett und flink. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Alles war super. Die Portionen sind sehr groß. Also wirklich etwas für guten Hunger.

Die Napalm Wings haben ihren Namen zu Recht verdient. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Very disappointed with the staff’s attitude I was a regular guest at this restaurant and would come here specifically for one of my favorite dishes. This time I made a reservation in advance, as it was important for me to have dinner at a specific time. Upon arrival, it turned out that the maître d’ couldn’t find my reservation in the system. I showed him two confirmation emails, but instead of trying to resolve the situation, I heard a rude “that’s not my problem.” No apology, no offer of an alternative table, not the slightest willingness to help. Honestly, I understand that technical glitches can happen with any booking system. But it was precisely the rude attitude and complete indifference to my situation that hurt me so much. If the staff member had at least politely explained the situation and tried to find a solution, I would have been understanding. Instead, I was essentially shown the door without a single word of regret. It’s sad to lose a place I used to enjoy, but after being treated this way, I have no desire to return.

Sono ritornato dopo molti anni al The Bird , purtroppo non è più come prima , molto caro e la qualità non è più la stessa !! Peccato

Es war auch dieses Mal wieder ein ganz stimmiger Besuch. Wer gute Burger mit wenig Chichi sucht, wird hier in der Regel glücklich. Die Pommes könnten aus meiner Sicht etwas knuspriger sein, manches vielleicht 1 oder 2 Euro günstiger, aber alles in allem ein guter Laden.

Went there on Halloween to celebrate my birthday, and it was pretty busy. Although I had a reservation, they put me and my husband on the a shared table, in the back of the restaurant, close to the kitchen area. I asked to switch tables because there was one for two people empty, and they kept making us wait for a table. At some point we just switched our selves and they didn’t even noticed. Food was ok. It wasn’t bad but it was very plain. After one hour, they kicked us from the table for another reservation. So my tip is, don’t go there to celebrate your birthday, their staff is really bad and rude.

Amazing Vibes and Excellent Food! We had dinner at The Bird on Saturday, November 8th at 9:00 PM, and what an incredible experience! This place is absolutely buzzing with energy – the atmosphere is wild in the best way possible. The music was on point, creating the perfect backdrop for our evening. The food was excellent, truly top-notch, and the service matched the quality of everything else – our server was attentive and wonderful throughout the meal. The Bird delivers on all fronts: great food, fantastic music, electric atmosphere, and excellent service. If you're looking for a lively dining experience in Berlin with seriously good food, this is the place to be! Highly recommend!

Zu laut, Burger wurde Well Done bestellt kam dann aber nach 1 H Wartezeit medium, Burger werden im TOASTBRÖTCHEN seviert (kein Burger Bun). Der Laden ist wahnsinnig laut / Bestellung hat mind. 1 h gedauert / Garpunkt nicht geliefert und auf den Hinweis meinerseits gab es nur ein lapidares "Ich geb es an die Küche weiter"/ Es wurde der volle Preis berechnet/ Hektisches Bedienung immer jemand anderes/ Der Laden ist extrem laut / Leider nicht empfehlenswert!!!!!

Went here on a Friday evening with my girlfriend—great American-style spot with a fun, laid-back vibe. The burgers were juicy and full of flavor, fries crispy, and the beer selection was solid. Cool atmosphere, friendly staff, and quick service even though it was busy. Perfect place for a casual night out with good comfort food. Would definitely come back!

The music was very loud, the waitress didn't seem to hear what we ordered. The steak we ordered was rare to medium rare and we ordered medium. The burgers was good and lived up to the hype. Unfortunately a waiter had an accident and spilled sauce on two of us. Call it back luck or carelessness, no discount given or free drinks. All in all below expectations and will not return again.

Es stellte sich heraus, das das von uns bestellte Steak nicht mehr verfügbar war. Das Restaurantpersonal reagierte hierauf ausgesprochen kulant und gab uns einen Rabatt. Das Essen, die Bedienung und das Ambiente waren tadellos. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Insgesamt ganz gut. Das Essen hat geschmeckt, es war aber viel zu laut, um sich normal zu unterhalten und noch länger zu bleiben, als das Essen.
