Gute Burger, knusprige, leckere Fries, nette Bedienung. Alles ok, aber nicht überragend. Etwas zu laute Musik, Unterhaltung ist dadurch sehr schwierig. Stellenweise sitzt man sehr beengt.

The place is amazing! Food and service were great. Best chicken strips in my life. Loved the whole American restaurant experience. Would recommend to all my friends.

best burgers in the universe!!! and the N.Y. cheesecake is also awesome! since more than ten years I enjoy these location and the quality is still great!

Die Bedienungen waren freundlich und mehrsprachig, die Beratung etwas oberflächlich. Das Essen selbst war gut, lediglich die Fries als Beilage könnten besser auf Qualität sortiert werden. Für eine bessere Bewertung waren dort halt zu viele kurze Endstücke, die nur noch kross aber nicht mehr kartoffelig waren. Trotzdem stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ein Besuch ist empfehlenswert.

Service was not up to scratch for an American restaurant. Not providing table water, making it difficult for customers to customize their order and having to track down waiters are all things that can easily be improved and then the service would match the good quality food and high prices.

Perfektes Essen. Was will man mehr? Ich mag das amerikanische Konzept in Verbindung mit der guten Warenqualität und der Kochleistung. Dazu noch das schöne Ambiente. Für mich immer wieder ein Besuch wert.

Qualität des der Gerichte: Top. Allerdings muss man regelrecht betteln, dass mal eine Bedienung an den Tisch kommt, obwoh das Restaurant zu 1/10 voll war. Schade

Nettes Personal und gutes Essen. Ich habe den the Bird burger gegessen. Vom Geschmack her ist der Bürger einfach unschlagbar. Ich werde definitv sehr bald wiederkommen.

Amazing time. The food was beyond expectations. So good. I even called a friend who came down and I booked him a table to eat. The staff were great and we had the best time. This is my favourite Berlin place. Thanks!

Essen war super, Wartezeit war mega lang. Personal war allerdings super freundlich und die Getränke kamen auch schnell. Wer viel Zeit mitbringt, kommt auf seine Kosten.

The favorite place for burgers! Portions are really big. Also like the atmosphere - cosy place, but it’s a bit noisy.

The portion was generous but given the price also kind of a must. Waitresses were nice and our order was processed relatively quickly around 21:30 when many people were there waiting, too.

Wieder richtig lecker gegessen- etwas lange Wartezeit, dafür alles frisch und Burger perfekt wie bestellt! Komme immer wieder gerne zu the bird- auch wegen dem Ambiente

Leider sehr enttäuschend. Wurden erst 20 Min gar nicht bedient, mussten dann 1,5 Stunden auf unser Essen warten, erst auf Nachfrage nach 1 Stunde wurde uns eine fadenscheinige Ausrede auf englisch aufgetischt. Die Getränke gingen dann zwar aufs Haus, waren aber nur pro Person eines, da während unseres ganzen Aufenthalts nicht ein einziges Mal Personal an unseren Tisch kam, bzw. Weitere Bestellungen aufnahm oder fragte ob wir noch Wünsche haben. Sehr ignorant. Im Herbst ist uns Ähnliches passiert, ein drittes Mal gibt es sicher nicht für uns. Schade

As always The Bird is the best Burger in Berlin by far. I took the club sandwich this fine, and it disn’t disappoint! There are other good burgers in Prenzlauerberg, but the great service, relaxed atmosphere and passion for great food really make this place.

it took far too long to have an order taken. it was an hour and a half wait for food. when it came it was cold. the service was poor and not very friendly. the burgers were also undercooked.

Bit of a long wait but we Didnt really mind and the food made it all worth while. Amazing (and huge) burger and fries. Super tasty. Staff were also great. Finally ticked this off my bucket list 😀
